Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Once your order is placed, please allow up to 24 hours
for processing and dispatch. This processing time is separate from the estimated delivery timeframe.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM on a Friday, or over the weekend, will begin processing on the following
Monday (excluding public holidays).
The delivery timeframes provided by Royal Mail serve as general guidelines. We cannot be held
liable for delays caused by factors outside our control. Please note, the indicated days refer to
standard business days (Monday–Friday).
Additionally, we are not liable for any extra fees incurred from international customs or taxes.

RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept refunds or exchanges
for items simply unwanted or due to a change of mind. Additionally, exchanges are not offered on
cosmetics. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we will provide an exchange or
refund. To report a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
We strongly recommend returning items using a recorded service, as we cannot be held responsible
for returns that do not reach us. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returned items must be in their original packaging and remain unopened.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are only provided for items confirmed to be faulty
after inspection. We reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange for items deemed non-faulty.
This includes cases where the issue arises after the item has been in the customer’s possession and
is not due to a manufacturing defect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your
returned item and inform you of the refund status.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4. Get in touch with your bank for further clarification.
